Laa! That's a mask? I honestly thought it was a sculpture or a doll when I first saw it! It's amazing that you can transform a person so entirely with it. Lovely. The preformers are lucky to have such beautiful things to wear!
amazing mask!! how fun! when my daughter was young she after school drama club did jungle book one year and peter pan the next. i designed the make up for everyone. i enjoyed doing it. it must have been fun making all of these masks. it looks so real. great job!
*whistles* That's gorgeous. And what a way to bring back the memories of Badger and Toad and Rat and the Weasels... *nostalgic sigh* It was such a huge part of my childhood: we sang the songs in choir, we put on a play, we had themed parties.
Thank you. I LOVE "Wind in the Willows", I wish I had more pictures of the production. My favorite is Badger, in fact I working on another one right now for DragonCon. My friend and I will be "Badger Maidens" in the same vein as Brian Jacques "Redwall" badgers.
Thanks Willowroot! I started some "Wind in the Willows" Xmas ornaments, by making cookie cutter cloth bodys and I put a little stuffing in them...it's been 4 years...maybe I should make some heads and dress them?
